My Journey to Creative Alchemy
From the expressive discipline of theatre and music to the spiritual seeds of yoga and meditation, and the vibrant energy of circus and community arts, my path has been one of continuous transformation. Today, I weave these threads into somatic sexual empowerment coaching, performance and community events, giving people the space and permission to transmute their experiences into personal gold.
Foundations in Movement & Music
From Irish dancing at 5 to piano, guitar and song-writing, my body and voice have always been my first instruments of magic.

The Vision
Creative Alchemy is the golden thread running through everything I bring into the world—from performance and stage to transformative workshops, intimate rituals, celebration and emergent gatherings. It is where creative arts, wild nature, deep somatic sexual empowerment, and conscious community meet.
That thread is a living, sacred power. It connects us back to source and our birth-right: limitless love, wisdom, Eros, and the raw, intelligent vitality of life itself.
The Body Remembers Abundance
Love paradigm or fear paradigm—it isn't an intellectual stance, but a felt, biological reality. A nervous system braced for threat contracts into armor, isolation, and control. A nervous system anchored in safety expands—it opens, trusts, creates, and remembers that we are chosen by life itself, non-negotiable and inherently worthy. Scarcity and separation are not permanent; they are frequencies we can shift in the body, together.
Eros as the Engine of Creation
At the center of this shift lie somatic intimacy and sexual empowerment. To bypass our sexuality is to leave our primary creative engine unawakened. Eros and creativity spring from the very same source—a sacred, wild current of life-force moving through us. Reclaiming our sexuality isn't just about intimacy; it is about reclaiming our wholeness, our power, and our capacity to feel fully alive and free. In a culture that conditions us to numb or hide, tuning back into this intelligence is how we step out of shame and into our full, radiant expression.
Deep Play as the Nature of Reality
This is where the alchemy happens: the deep work becomes a celebration. Healing doesn't have to be heavy, and real play is never superficial. Beyond the rigid scripts of mind and culture lies Lila—the understanding that reality is fluid, malleable, and meant to be played in. By loosening what seriousness tightens, we bypass logical sense-making and drop into intuition, spontaneity, the mystery, and the wild, unbroken logic of the body and laughter in the cosmic joke!
Living the Medicine in Community
We cannot reclaim our wholeness in isolation; interdependence is the soil in which our unique gifts rise. This vision is alive, fluid, and ever-evolving. It is the core of what I have always cultivated and what I am expanding into even more deeply—co-creating immersion spaces, performance art, somatic intimacy workshops, and emergent happenings centered around feasts, fires, music, communion with nature, and radical inquiry. From intimate hours to multi-day journeys, these experiences are invitations to shed who we thought we had to be, drop our armor, and step fully into the light—unashamed, fully alive, and ready to play.
