Payment & Cancellation Policy
Coaching Sessions

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations 7+ days before a session: Refund provided minus the deposit.

Cancellations within 7 days: The full fee remains payable.

Rescheduling is at my discretion and may be treated as a cancellation.

Approved rescheduling requires a £50 fee for room and admin costs.

Genuine emergencies may be considered exceptions at my discretion.
Events

All payments are non-refundable.

Tickets are non-transferable to other events.

You may sell or gift your ticket. If a screening process was required, the new holder must also be screened.

All ticketholder changes for screened events must be approved by Rachael.

In genuine emergencies, a transfer to another event may be offered at my discretion.
